We have an advantage for the weekly separation of historical data. First, it is large. If someone would specifically need to access it, it will not be troublesome for the loading wait time if they will directly access the merged sources.
Also, we can hide those weekly sources to protect values for editing.

Aggregation can be done automatically using formulas.
If anyone can access and tried to edit the contents, it will automatically show an error as any cell is part of the array/range automatically imported. This data refreshes based on the formula.
